Materials
Hard-anodised 6061 aluminium, 1mm wall, stainless folding handle with a silicone grip. Aluminium rather than titanium because titanium is lighter and scorches food in a ring exactly where the burner is.
Care
Wash by hand — a dishwasher will dull the anodising. Never use steel wool. The anodised layer is hard but it is a layer, and once it is through the aluminium underneath will stain and pit.
